How long does delivery take?

All our jewellery is handmade to order in Thailand. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

What are your pieces made from?

Our jewellery is primarily crafted from sustainable resin, combined with materials like cotton cord, stainless steel, and natural fibres.

How do I care for my ZSISKA jewellery?

Keep your jewellery away from water, perfume, and direct sunlight. Store pieces individually to prevent scratching. Wipe gently with a soft cloth.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please see our refund policy for details.
