- If discounts are applied to your order, the prorated amount of you paid is the maximum amount you can be refunded. The original price during promotions or because of discounts applied by yourself or by ZSISKA does not matter in this instance. The refund amount can never be higher than the amount paid to ZSISKA.
- The unique characteristics of handmade items mean that each piece may have slight variations in color, texture, or finishing – these are not defects but rather the charming hallmarks of authentic artisanal craftsmanship.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Duration of shipment or processing time as outlined on our website cannot be a reason to return your order.
