Dear friends at Zsiska. All went well, you carefully packet gem arrived as scheduled. When I opened it the necklace had only two “beads”, not three, as I had paid for. I was a little disappointed, but mostly happy as it fits me well and is perfectly made. I do not want to return it, but I will certainly buy some other gems for me or my siblings in the future. Maybe you can offer me a small discount on my next purchase? If not, it is of course OK. I think it fantastic to have received the necklace from your country to me here in the clold north, around half the world. Thank you so much and all the best to you!

Very happy with my whole experience of my order. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that pendants can not come off the cord necklace…. Now I need a black cord for my red rose bead. Would you be willing to send me one without a huge shipping fee? It could probably be mailed?
I ordered two Prue Leith necklaces and after receiving (quite quckly after ordering) there was one necklace that wasn't what I ordered. Communicating through email, I was assured that my problem would be handled. It was and I can't say enough about the response of the team considering the 14 hour time difference! They really understood and fixed my problem. I thank them again...their assistance will make me a repeat customer.
I received the floral necklace with the three flowers and love it. I have many pieces from Zsiska over the years and she keeps reinventing her collection and the latest floral one is a stand out. The necklace is delicate yet unique at the same time with its colour combinations and designs it is a fun piece.

The earrings I purchased are Christmas gifts so too to say if they were right for the person. I certainly think they are.
The earrings are a perfect match for the jacket that I will be wearing to The Metropolitan Opera. They are so light weight that I forget that I am wearing the. If the stone size of the matching ring was the same size as the earrings, it wouldn't feel so gaudy. I will have to keep it in my pocket until I arrive. There is no way to get a glove over this ring.
I am terribly disappointed in the packaging. The earrings arrived attached to a piece of styrofoam. I understand that this is to keep the earrings in good shaped during shipping. How many communities word wide do not recycle styrofoam? There are many better environmental options available. Please STOP using styrofoam.
