For in-stock items, we can ship as soon as the next business day. For made-to-order pieces or out of stock items, please note that our products are all handmade, requiring a minimum processing time of 1-3 days.

Our artisans begin with innovative design concepts transformed into custom molds. They hand-mix our signature resin with proprietary color pigments to achieve perfect consistency and vibrancy. After careful curing under controlled conditions, each piece is delicately removed from its mold for detailed hand finishing. Artisans trim excess material, polish surfaces, and hand-sand edges to achieve perfect smooth contours.

Many pieces receive hand-applied details – from intricate painted accents to etched patterns. Depending on the collection, pieces may undergo special treatments such as waxing for a matte finish, metallic foiling, or unique texturing techniques developed by our master craftspeople. Components like clasps, chains, earring posts, and connectors are meticulously attached by hand.

• For your convenience, we handle customs clearance and cover import duties and tariffs for most countries to provide a hassle-free shopping experience.

Import Duties and Customs

• We take care of import duties, tariffs, and customs clearance to make your shopping experience seamless and transparent when shipping your product. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay to ZSISKA.
• For customers in the USA: Under the de minimis ruling, you can import duty-free up to $800 USD per day. We declare your package accordingly to take advantage of this benefit. If your order exceeds this threshold, please contact us at online@zsiska.com to discuss delivery options or to reschedule your delivery.
• While we make every effort to handle all customs-related matters, in rare cases where additional charges arise, please contact us immediately at online@zsiska.com for prompt resolution.
• It might happen that import duties, tarrifs and custom clearance procedures change from the moment of writing. We aim to do our best to keep this up to date and comply with all local regulations.

Refused Shipments

• If you refuse a shipment from Zsiska.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Zsiska.com.

Returns and Sales Policy

• All sales are final due to the bespoke, handmade nature of our products. Each piece is crafted specifically for you by our skilled artisans, using a time-intensive process that cannot be mass-produced.
• If discounts are applied to your order, the prorated amount of you paid is the maximum amount you can be refunded. The original price during promotions or because of discounts applied by yourself or by ZSISKA does not matter in this instance. The refund amount can never be higher than the amount paid to ZSISKA.
• The unique characteristics of handmade items mean that each piece may have slight variations in color, texture, or finishing – these are not defects but rather the charming hallmarks of authentic artisanal craftsmanship.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Duration of shipment or processing time as outlined on our website cannot be a reason to return your order.
