Please kindly take note that our products are all hand made, this requires a minimum order processing time of 3-7 days. Your order might arrive later than ordering from one of our more local stockists. Please also account for minimum shipping time as outlined below.

Please note that we make handcrafted items, any or such imperfections are not deemed as damaged or defective unless otherwise specified. Handmaking products means that processing time can vary between 3 to 7 working days minimum. Shipping times also vary, as outlined in our shipping policy.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
• Items are not eligible for return unless defective or defunct. 
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
